We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel-related queries, including flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel assistance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to travel services.

Resolve customer queries regarding cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and travel policies.

Working location: Pune ( Hadapsar)

Self travel

Salary 35k to 45k + unlimited incentive

Min 2 yrs experience

Rotational week of + Fix shift 7 PM to 4 AM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
