Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
- Handle travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, hotels, flights, visas, and travel insurance.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and airline partners.




- Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience with holiday package sales and customer handling.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, CRM is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
