At Syoat Kids, we're building one of India's fastest-growing kids' personal care brands, and we're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, hooks, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate and manage photo & video shoots.
- Work closely with content creators, UGC creators, influencers, and videographers.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Track trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep our content fresh.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.




- Collaborate with the Meta Ads team to repurpose high-performing organic content into ad creatives.
- Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels.
- Drive influencer collaborations from outreach to execution.
- Build brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through creative campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with Syoat Kids' brand identity and messaging.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of content strategy, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Experience working with influencers and UGC creators is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing is an added advantage.
