About The Role
Every day you are working with us, you will be onsite in a Government School — teaching girls and boys subjects and integrated life skills to solve for climate change.

We will train you to deliver our stories, games, action-research projects, and digital challenges. What we need from you is the energy, skill, and commitment to bring them alive in a room full of children — and the discipline to document what happens.

You must be upbeat, exciting,



and agile in the classroom. And when the school day ends, you write – reports, case studies.

Key Responsibilities
ü Teach kids from Grades 6 to 12 onsite (in Hindi and English) in Government Schools - Monday to Saturday.

ü Create an inclusive classroom where girls are as confident, visible, and engaged as anyone else in the room.

ü Submit a clear, well-written report in English at the end of each teaching day — covering what happened, what worked, and what you observed.

ü Keep detailed field notes throughout the academic year to inform and write case studies that capture the real impact of the program on children’s lives.
