Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter support and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining Teamcenter applications in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siemens Teamcenter.

Analyze and resolve user issues and application-related problems.

Support Teamcenter modules such as Workflow, Organization, Access Manager, Change Management, Structure Manager, and My Teamcenter.

Work with Active Workspace (AWC) and Teamcenter configurations.

Perform issue analysis, root cause analysis, and resolution.

Coordinate with technical and client teams to resolve incidents.





Maintain technical documentation and support processes.

Provide user support and assist with training when required.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter Support.

Good knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and modules.

Experience with Teamcenter Administration and Configuration.

Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) is preferred.

Understanding of ITK, BMIDE, SOA, or Teamcenter customization is an added advantage.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
