- Manage bancassurance channel sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products and promotions across multiple channels (bancassurance & agency).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
