Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst / Product Manager
with a strong background in
eCommerce
and
Customer Mobile Applications
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing or analyzing customer-facing digital products, particularly focusing on the
Purchase Journey / Bottom of the Funnel
. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, UX designers, engineering teams, and QA to deliver seamless customer experiences that improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for customer mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to define product features and enhancements.
- Drive improvements in the
Purchase/Bottom of the Funnel
journey, including Cart, Checkout, Payment, Order Confirmation,



and Post-Purchase experience.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Participate in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion metrics, and user feedback to recommend product improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Support UAT activities and validate delivered functionalities against business requirements.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience across mobile platforms (Android & iOS).
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
or
Product Manager
.
- Solid experience with
Customer Mobile Applications

- Hands-on experience in

and customer purchase journeys.
