Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with approximately 2 years of experience to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for WebWorks Co. Unlike a traditional marketing role, this position focuses on generating measurable business outcomes through paid advertising, growth campaigns, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the agency's marketing funnelfrom attracting prospects to generating qualified leads for the sales team.

The role will primarily focus on WebWorks Co.'s internal marketing and business growth, while also supporting performance marketing initiatives for client accounts whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Growth & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads for WebWorks Co.
- Build and optimize lead funnels across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Develop strategies to increase enquiries, meetings booked, and client conversions.




- Work closely with the Sales Head to improve lead quality and sales conversion rates.
- Continuously identify current customer acquisition opportunities.

2. Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Monitor budgets and maximize campaign performance.

3. Revenue & Growth Marketing
- Own monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Create campaigns focused on generating consultations, proposals, and client acquisitions.
- Build remarketing and nurturing campaigns.
- Identify scalable marketing channels for agency growth.

4. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Maintain marketing funnels and CRM hygiene.
- Build email nurturing and retargeting campaigns.
