Olakh is India's first artisanal luxury lingerie brand, built at the intersection of Indian craft heritage and modern luxury construction. Our core proposition: Indian women deserve intimacy designed for their own pleasure, not the male gaze that has historically shaped the category. We are early stage — this role won't follow a playbook; it will build the first one.

*Why this role exists*

Olakh's growth cannot compromise restraint, craft, or positioning. Most growth operators optimize for the number in front of them. We need someone who optimizes for the number and what it costs the brand to get there - and can hold both without a rulebook.

*What you'll own*

• Platform & commerce strategy. End-to-end ownership of fashion e-commerce and third-party platforms - negotiating placement, terms, and visibility, and curating assortment per platform on brand fit as much as sales potential.

• Omnichannel growth.



Online and offline as one coherent strategy. Evaluate new channels (retail partnerships, pop-ups, wholesale, marketplaces) against brand fit, not just reach.

• Customer journey. Single point of accountability from traffic and conversion through pricing, brand perception at point of sale, and delivery experience - diagnosing where in the journey value is being lost.

• Unit economics. Tie every decision to contribution margin, CAC by channel, platform take rates, and discounting impact — not just GMV. Push back on growth that erodes margin or brand equity, and make the tradeoff explicit.

Not a performance-marketing seat, not platform admin, and not a role with an existing framework. There is no growth playbook at Olakh yet — you'll write the first version.
