What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards.
- Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure that all products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality control personnel.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Train and mentor employees on quality control processes and procedures
What You Will Need:
Overall 12+ years of experience in managing Transactional Quality in US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Preferably with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects.
- Strong team handling skills.
- Good eye for details and structured thought process.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills / Ability to work with all levels in the organization.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Excellent stakeholder management skills- Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively.
