Business Development Manager – Sales & Customer Growth

Experienced Business Development Manager/s responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and generating high-value business opportunities across residential furniture and bespoke interior projects.

The role requires a consultative sales skilled with exceptional relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to understand customer aspirations and convert them into long-term business relationships.



The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, exhibitions, and market research.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, channel partners, and key influencers.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, presentations, and showroom walkthroughs to understand customer needs and showcase Talo's capabilities.
