- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Preferred).
- Salesforce Agent force Specialist(Preferred).

Qualifications & Skills
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,



and Salesforce platform customization.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, version control (Git), and deployment processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide scalable solutions. Basic knowledge of Salesforce Agent force and AI-powered customer engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with Prompt Builder, Prompt Templates, and Agent Actions.
- Understanding of integrating Agent force with Salesforce Flows and standard CRM processes.
- Willingness to learn and adopt emerging Salesforce AI technologies, including Agent force and Einstein features.
