The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security of our information systems and ensuring that our company is compliant with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information security principles, as well as experience managing security programs and teams. This individual will work with business leaders,



managed services personnel and customers to monitor and instill trust in the security and reliability of AHEAD systems, services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data
- Manage a team of information security professionals and ensure their training and development
- Oversee security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and recommend remediation actions
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including leading incident response efforts and conducting root cause analysis
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, and ensure that the company is compliant with relevant standards
