The Role
Own the company's digital presence end-to-end. You will drive demand generation for a B2B sales team selling to large institutions, while building a brand that hundreds of thousands of end users interact with daily. That dual audience, institutional decision-makers on LinkedIn and young end users on Instagram, is what makes this role interesting. You will work directly with the founder-CEO and sales leadership, with full ownership of channels, content, and pipeline contribution.

What You'll Do
- Own the digital marketing engine: SEO, LinkedIn, email campaigns, paid ads (Google/Meta), and website conversion
- Generate and nurture qualified leads for the B2B sales team, and own MQL targets and campaign ROI




- Build the content calendar: case studies, customer stories, blogs, short-form video, and social posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Turn measurable customer wins into compelling proof-led campaigns
- Manage marketing analytics: track funnel metrics, report what's working, and cut what isn't
- Coordinate with design and agency partners for creatives, and leverage AI tools to move fast as a lean team
- Support event marketing including industry conferences, webinars, and award submissions

What We're Looking For
- Proven lead generation track record. You can show pipeline numbers you have driven, not just impressions
- Hands-on across SEO, performance marketing, email automation, and LinkedIn organic
- Robust writing: you can produce a case study, a founder's LinkedIn post, and ad copy in the same week
- Comfortable with analytics (GA4, Search Console, CRM reporting) and AI-assisted content wor
