Job Title: Lead Railway Signalling Engineer
Experience: 8-12 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of railway signalling systems from requirements to deployment.
- Design and develop signalling solutions for Interlocking (EI/CBI), ETCS, CBTC, and ATP/ATO systems.
- Perform System Engineering, Software Engineering, Verification & Validation (V&V;), and RAMS activities.
- Ensure compliance with EN 50128 and other railway safety standards.
- Manage system requirements, design documentation, testing, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.




- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Railway Signalling Systems
- Expertise in Interlocking (EI/CBI), ETCS, CBTC, ATP/ATO
- Hands-on experience in System Engineering, Software Engineering, V&V;, and RAMS
- Valuable knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
- Good understanding of Testing Techniques & Strategies
- Strong knowledge of EN 50128 railway safety standard
- Experience with IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jira, and Git
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
