We're looking for a Key Accounts & Customer Success Manager who can turn clients into partners, and partners into advocates. Someone who owns the relationship, the renewal, and the growth story of every account they touch.

Your Mission

1. Drive Account Success
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of marquee enterprise clients owning relationships, deliverables,



and outcomes end-to-end
- Understand each client's operations and data deeply enough to recommend the right solutions, not just the available ones
- Onboard and train clients on LoRRI, ensuring they extract maximum value from day one
- Lead product demonstrations that convert interest into conviction

2. Own Renewals & Retention
- Take full ownership of renewals across your portfolio — build renewal plans months in advance, negotiate confidently, and close on time
- Monitor account health through usage, engagement, and satisfaction signals — intervene early, before risk becomes churn
- Run structured Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate delivered value and set the agenda for deeper partnership
- Identify expansion opportunities — upsell, cross-sell, and referrals — and grow revenue from within your accounts
- Track NPS and CSAT rigorously, and convert feedback into measurable retention outcomes
