The Role

The Manager, Global HR Operations, will play a critical role in building, scaling, and globalizing HR operations across AAretes growing workforce. This role is responsible for streamlining and standardizing endtoend HR processes, driving automation and systems optimization,



strengthening compliance and controls, and serving as a key execution partner on special projects and global initiatives.

This role will act as a center of excellence for HR operations, driving consistency, scalability, and strong governance across AAretes global processes.
