The successful candidate will manage a team of offshore Recruiters, Administrators, Compliance, and Data Specialists supporting Recruitment in the UK and Ireland. Driving the end-to-end recruitment delivery of internal and advert led External recruitment.

As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will proactively partner with the HR teams and key stakeholders in both markets to support the end to end Recruitment activity.

The successful candidate will closely work with Recruitment team , and need to perform - operational activities as well as need hand on with

UK Onboarding Coordination , Visa and Sponsorship Process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to your offshore Recruitment/Admin team.
- Implement structured processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Keeping The Head of Recruitment updated on the overall performance of the off shore team, inclusive but not limited to: KPIs and SLAs updates, update on issues and blockers, wellbeing of your team
- Monitoring quality standards across all live recruitment activity,



ensuring that audit checks are conducted
- Identifying trends and implementing corrective action when required
- Manage and work towards key stakeholder maps whilst driving continuous improvement of delivery, relationships and innovation where relevant.
- Work alongside the Recruitment Centre of Expertise team to ensure off-shore team activities are aligned with the employer brand and recruitment function and JLR Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Manage escalations through to resolution
- Work with your team and the UK Talent CoE to enable the design of internal talent pipeline and internal talent pools
- Drive candidate Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and ensure all candidates are screened, interviewed, offered and onboarded effectively to maintain SLAs
- Utilize reporting from the candidate tracking system to support recruitment activities
- Foster a team-oriented and supportive wo
