Job Summary: We are hiring a high-impact Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Workforce Management (Time Attendance) / HCM solutions for enterprise and multinational clients. This role requires strong delivery ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex global implementations with a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and stabilization
- Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates
- Define and manage RACI (roles and responsibilities) and escalation matrix
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholder expectations




- Lead steering committees, status reviews, and governance calls
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and integration teams
- Oversee testing cycles, UAT, parallel runs, and readiness for go-live
- Manage cutover planning and post go-live hypercare support

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in Project Management for HCM / Workforce Management implementations
- Mandatory client-facing experience managing global stakeholders
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in project governance and delivery execution
- Certifications (Mandatory): PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) or PRINCE2
- Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery models preferred
- Domain Product Experience: Experience in Time Attendance or Workforce Management domain
