The Role

This is not a listing-management job. We're looking for a
growth strategist with deep ads expertise
who happens to know marketplaces inside out — someone who has personally scaled a beauty or personal care brand on
Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
, and can walk in with a playbook.

You will own the full channel P&L;: revenue, margins, ad spends, inventory, and growth strategy. You'll set the direction, but you'll also be hands-on in the ad consoles, seller dashboards, and event calendars every single day. You should be equally comfortable presenting a quarterly growth plan to the founder and fixing a bleeding ACOS campaign at 11 PM before a sale event.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & P&L; Ownership
- Build and own the annual and quarterly growth roadmap for all marketplace and quick commerce channels — with clear revenue, contribution margin, and market share targets
- Identify whitespace: new sub-categories, hero SKU strategies, bundle/combo architecture, price-pack ladders, and platform-exclusive launches




- Develop channel-specific playbooks — what wins on Nykaa is not what wins on Blinkit, and you should know exactly why
- Run structured experiments (pricing, creatives, offers, placements), measure rigorously, and double down on what works
- Track beauty category trends, competitor launches, and pricing moves; convert insights into action within days, not quarters

Marketplace Advertising & Retail Media (Core Skill)
- Personally plan, run, and optimize performance marketing across
Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Nykaa Adzone, Myntra PLA, Flipkart Ads
, and quick commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart ads)
- Own ACOS/TACOS/ROAS targets by platform and by SKU — with a sharp view of blended profitability, not just top-line
- Build full-funnel ad strategies: category domination on hero keywords, competitor conquesting, retargeting, and current-launch visibility blitzes
