- Expert of the Indian School Sales Cycle: You understand how school boards, trusts, and principals operate.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B School Sales Mentor Advisor who has successfully built and scaled institutional sales in the K-12 education sector. This is a strategic advisory role focused on helping EnglishBhashi establish a solid school sales engine, shorten sales cycles, and unlock partnerships with schools, trusts,
and educational institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and strengthen the end-to-end school sales strategy.
- Mentor founders and the sales team on institutional selling best practices.
- Help build a scalable B2B sales process, playbooks, and funnel management framework.
- Provide insights into stakeholder mapping, decision-making structures, and procurement cycles within schools.
- Support key sales conversations with school management, principals, trusts, and academic leaders.
- Facilitate relevant introductions and leverage industry networks where appropriate.
- Review sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Advise on pricing, positioning, pilot programs, renewals, and long-term account growth.
