Job Description

TechGy Innovations is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Strategist who can sell through value, customer understanding, and relationship building rather than simply pitching product features. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills and be capable of understanding customer psychology to create compelling sales conversations and close deals effectively.

The role involves selling both B2C offerings such as real-estate projects and B2B solutions including CRM software, technology services, and internal digital products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of products, services, and client requirements.
- Identify customer pain points, aspirations, emotional triggers, and buying motivations.
- Convert product features into meaningful customer benefits and persuasive sales stories.
- Sell real-estate projects by highlighting lifestyle, investment potential, trust, and location advantages.
- Handle customer objections,



negotiations, follow-ups, and successfully close sales.
- Prepare effective sales pitches, presentations, call scripts, email templates, and WhatsApp communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage B2B sales for CRM software, technology solutions, and digital services.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales records in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
