Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive who understands both the creative and technical aspects of social media growth.

The role combines:
- Social media management
- YouTube channel operations

- Short-form content packaging
- Basic editing and graphic creation
- Analytics and performance optimization

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with content teams, video editors, and marketing teams while taking ownership of platform growth and engagement.

Knowledge of Bengali is essential as a significant portion of our audience is Bengali-speaking.

Key Responsibilities

A. YouTube Channel Management

Manage and optimize IND's YouTube channels.

Responsibilities include:
- Uploading videos and shorts
- Writing SEO-friendly titles
- Writing compelling descriptions
- Creating and formatting timestamps
- Creating chapter structures
- Adding end screens
- Adding cards (iCards)
- Linking related videos and playlists
- Organizing playlists
- Managing channel branding
- Scheduling video releases
- Monitoring content performanc
