Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mushroom Farm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mushroom cultivation, farm operations, manpower management, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimum production, maintaining hygiene standards, and achieving production targets while managing farm resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete operations of the mushroom farm from composting to harvesting.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise mushroom cultivation activities to ensure maximum yield and quality.
- Monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, and CO levels for optimal crop growth.
- Ensure proper crop scheduling, harvesting, grading, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation,



and biosecurity across the farm.
- Supervise and manage farm workers, contractors, and support staff.
- Monitor pest and disease incidence and implement effective preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain production records, inventory, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure effective utilization of raw materials, equipment, and other farm resources.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth farm operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
