Collaborate with customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and marketplace platforms.

Ensure website security, compliance, and smooth functionality by coordinating with IT and development teams.

Key Skills Required:
