As part of the Global End User Digital Experience team, you will help in managing end-to-end service delivery for the Desktop as a Service (VDI) platform. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on technical experience with Azure Cloud, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp technologies. This role offers the opportunity to drive cultural and organizational change, helping to build a high-performing team focused on enhancing the end-user experience. What you will be responsible for
As part of the global Citrix support team for Azure, XenDesktop and XenApp environments, you will:
- Support the team globally across AMER, APAC and EMEA during the EMEA time zone.
- Subject matter expertise across all areas of Citrix Service Delivery, including service management, incident, problem and change management,
as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
- Regular reporting on availability & capacity status and action to progress any potential deficiencies.
- Maintain a proactive approach to operational and service issues, with a focus on prevention rather than fix to ensure SLA's and service excellence are managed and maintained.
- Upholding structured operations methodology for consistent global service delivery and security, aligned with enterprise standards.
- Working with managed service providers and vendors to enhance end user experience and oversee performance governance.
- Supporting vulnerability management, coordinating cross-functional remediation aligning EUC platforms.
Core/Must have skills
Experience
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- 3+ years supporting enterprise Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp platforms.
- Experience managing globally distributed larger environments.
