Desired Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed organization, working as a legal officer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, business Law and other relevant areas of law.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Flexible to travel on requirements across the branches of the group
- Familiarity with Automobile Segment will be an added advantage.
- Age above 35 years preferred.
- Candidates from Ernakulam district preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling of Consumer complaints coming under the Consumer Protection Act,2019.
- Handling of cases relating to Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Lease Agreement Drafting and Vetting.




- Vendor- Vendee agreements drafting and it's vetting.
- Legal advice to the management in issues relating to company's day to day affairs.
- Coordinating the company's panel lawyers across the assigned locations / States.
- Maintaining MIS and its updating
- Drafting of reply notices against lawyer notices.
