Key Responsibilities:

1) High-Volume Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll for about 1,000 to 2,000+ employees deployed across multiple client accounts and geographies.
- Manage separate payroll cycles based on client requirements.
- On Time & Accurately compute CTC components as per defined payroll structures, incentives & statutory compliance components.
- Process & Execute timely full & final settlements (F&F;) for high-volume attrition based on client projects.
- Coordinate with Finance & Account Management teams for client reconciliation against deployed headcount payroll.

2) Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Professional, LWF and new labour codes
- Manage PF/ESI portal management including new enrolments, transfers, UAN generation, KYC seeding of employees etc.
- Handle multi-state compliance Minimum Wages Act (state-specific), Maternity Benefit Act etc.

3) Payroll Systems & MIS Reporting
- Work proficiently on HRMS/payroll software FactoHR / Zoho / GreytHR / Keka, or any other similar platforms




- Generate monthly payroll MIS reports, headcount reports, F & F trackers and cost-centre-wise payroll analytics.
- Reconcile payroll data with Finance ledgers and handle payroll audits.
- Accurately maintain employee master data, salary revision records, joining, transfers, client redeployments, increment letters and Exits

4) Client Management
- Coordinate with client HR/admin teams for attendance data, leave records, and in office compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the client HR Teams & Management team to reconcile deployed headcount data with payroll inputs.
- Maintain client reports & MIS linked to payroll management.
- Professionally manage client-specific & employee queries and ensure smooth personal relationship with clients
- Ensure client SLA adherence on payroll TAT, associate salary credit timelines, and compliance report submissions.
