Travel Consultant - Reservations & Customer Support (Sales & Operations)





We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant – Reservations & Customer Support to manage travel reservations, coordinate with suppliers, support the sales team, and ensure seamless customer service throughout the travel journey. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both sales coordination and operational execution for FITs, GITs, educational tours, and customized Europe travel packages.

Educational Qualification

 Graduate in Travel & Tourism ((optional), Hospitality, Business, or related field.

 1 to 3 years of experience in travel reservations, customer support, or tour operations preferred.

 With robust communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
