Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of OTC trade life cycle & familiarity with different OTC products Robust understanding of brokerage calculation methodologies
- Expertise in reconciliations, settlements and broker interactions
- Knowledge of financial messaging (ex, SWIFT), payment processes and broker documentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience managing global teams
- Ability to supervise teams productivity and ensure qualitative and quantitative development of the team.
- Must Have - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- 12 -15+ years of experience in OTC Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations
