As a
Principal Engineer – Sitecore CMS
, you will play a strategic technical leadership role in designing and delivering scalable digital experience solutions using the
Sitecore platform
. You will work closely with architects, product teams, DevOps engineers, QA, and business stakeholders while mentoring engineering teams and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Sitecore solutions.
- Drive technical discussions and define scalable application architecture.
- Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and guide development teams on contemporary engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.

Sitecore Development
- Develop and customize Sitecore components, templates, renderings, and pipelines.
- Build enterprise solutions using:
- Sitecore XP
- Sitecore XM
- Sitecore SXA
- Sitecore JSS / Headless Services
- Implement personalization, analytics, marketing automation, and customer engagement capabilities.
