About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic rehabilitation systems, physiotherapy equipment, sports medicine devices, biomechanics systems, and medical capital equipment across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, sports science facilities, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, calibrate, and validate advanced rehabilitation and sports medicine equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, software, and electromechanical faults.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and equipment handovers.




- Ensure site readiness and coordinate installation activities with customers.
- Maintain service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, installation records, and spare inventory.
- Coordinate with Sales, Application Specialists, and Logistics teams for seamless customer support.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
- Travel extensively across India for installations and customer support.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- 26 years of experience in servicing medical devices, rehabilitation equipment, physiotherapy equipment, sports medicine systems, or capital equipment.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in electronic and electromechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and software installation.
