About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Sell-Out) to accelerate Apple product sales across our dealer network in all Kerala. The role focuses on driving retail sell-out, strengthening dealer partnerships, managing Apple promoters, and executing business development initiatives that enhance customer experience and maximize market share.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sell-Out
- Drive retail sell-out of Apple products including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple Accessories through the assigned dealer network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by improving secondary sales and end-customer billing.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Corporate, SME, Education, and Institutional segments through dealer partners.




- Implement strategies to increase Apple's market presence and retail performance.

Dealer Relationship Management
- Manage and develop relationships with approximately 15 Apple Business/General Trade (GT) dealers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular business reviews, sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ensure adequate product availability, stock management, and compliance with Apple retail standards.
- Support dealers in improving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Promoter Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Apple promoters deployed across dealer outlets.
- Track promoter productivity, attendance, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to improve effectiveness.

Training & Capability Development
- Deliver product knowledge and sales training to dealer sales teams and Apple promoters.
- Ensure all teams remain updated
