Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Assistant role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work from home. The Assistant will support daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating communications, and maintaining organized records and documents. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries,



assisting with customer support tasks, and preparing basic reports or summaries for the team. The role will also involve helping with data entry, updating internal tools or dashboards, and supporting marketing or product initiatives with simple research and coordination. The Assistant will collaborate closely with team members across functions to ensure smooth workflows and consistent follow-through on tasks.

Qualifications
- Robust organizational and administrative skills, including calendar management, document handling, and task prioritization.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for handling emails, messages, and basic customer support interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), online scheduling tools, and CRM or ticketing systems.
