Celigo is looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will be primarily responsible for engineering IT solutions. The IT Engineer will be solving incoming help desk questions handling level 1 and 2 tickets. This person would liaise with third-party support to assist in using cloud-based services.
What would you do if hired?
- Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion, onboarding and offboarding automation, and other global automation initiatives
- Support and maintain core IT infrastructure while contributing to a solid security posture
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for the US, EMEA, and Philippines regions
- Provide on-site IT support at the India HQ during the afternoon hours
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the US, EMEA, and PH, including IT Orientation Calls on Mondays.
- Perform system migrations and tool transitions as needed
- Use Celigo’s integrator.io platform to automate internal IT workflows
- Build self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve employee experience
- Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks to support global teams and reduce repeat issues
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery
- Act as a regional bridge between global IT teams by ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and handoffs across the US, EMEA, PH, and India
Who are we looking for?
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science with 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT experience
- Willing to work a later shift, approximately 1:30 PM to 10
