Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technical team across development, QA, and infrastructure functions
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
- Drive Agile practices including Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Architect and review solutions built on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Oversee database design, optimization, and query performance across MS SQL and MySQL environments
- Manage version control workflows and code repositories using GitHub
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external/clients) to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular project updates
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and best practices across the technology stack
- Evaluate and integrate PHP-based legacy or parallel systems where required
- Identify technical risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of technical team members




- Liaise with leadership to align technology strategy with business goals

Requirements
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Technical Head or equivalent leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (mandatory)
- Working understanding of Angular
- Solid experience in PHP
- Strong command of MS SQL, MySQL, Database Queries, and SQL optimization
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control systems
- Proven expertise in Agile Methodology and Sprint Planning
- Demonstrated Stakeholder Management and Team Management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
