Role & responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
- Assist in site visits, surveys, and basic data collection for service and infra projects.
- Coordinate with senior engineers on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Prepare basic layout drawings, BOQs, and documentation under the guidance of design engineers.
- Maintain and update project trackers, service reports, and customer records.
- Liaise with internal teams (stores, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and calls along with senior team members.
- Research competitors, products, and market trends and share concise reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards during site and office work.
- Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager related to sales, service, projects, or design.

Preferred candidate profile




- BE / BTech / Diploma (final year or recent graduate) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation or related engineering stream.
- Solid interest in sales, aftersales service, infrastructure projects, or design engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and common engineering tools.
- Good communication skills in English and local language; ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); willingness to learn new software/ERP tools.
- Ready to visit customer sites/project locations as required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
- Availability for a fulltime internship during the internship period.
