General Manager (GM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant/hotel. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading teams, driving sales, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/hotel.
- Lead and supervise all departments, including Front Office, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Control food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Recruit, train, and motivate employees.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, costing, inventory control, and hospitality operations.
- Proficiency in hotel/restaurant management software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Experience in managing multiple departments.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
