Job Purpose he Government & Institutional Salary Business Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling salary acquisition programs across Government and Institutional Banking (GIB) segments, including Defence Personnel, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Central and State Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Police Forces, Paramilitary Organizations, Agniveer Scheme beneficiaries, Educational Institutions, and other Government-linked entities. The role is accountable for end-to-end product ownership, portfolio growth, acquisition strategy, proposition development, policy formulation, profitability management, customer lifecycle management, digital onboarding initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable growth of Salary Accounts and associated retail banking products.

Product Development • Conceptualize and launch innovative salary banking solutions. • Create bundled offerings comprising: • Salary Accounts • Debit Cards
