The role involves making outbound calls to potential leads, presenting our core offerings, nurturing prospect interest, and driving direct sales closures through persuasive communication.

Job Overview
- Position: Telesales Executive – Outbound Calling
- Location: New Town, Kolkata (In-Person)
- Schedule: Full time (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 Years)
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.




- Pitching & Conversion: Present company products/services effectively, address customer queries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Lead Follow-Up: Diligently track and follow up on warm leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log, client details, and transaction statuses in MS Excel or internal CRM software.
- Customer Relationship: Resolve initial customer concerns professionally and build immediate trust over the phone.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Attributes: Confident, persuasive, resilient against rejection, and target-driven.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer
