- Lead and manage IPO planning, execution, and post-listing compliance.
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, SEBI, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare financial models, due diligence documents, DRHP/RHP support, and investor presentations.
- Drive equity and debt fund raising, including private placements, institutional funding, and bank financing.
- Manage treasury and fund management, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
- Develop and execute corporate finance strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, banks, and rating agencies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, Ind AS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support mergers & acquisitions, business valuation,



and strategic financial transactions, where applicable.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in IPO management (end-to-end IPO lifecycle preferred).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and fund raising.
- Expertise in treasury/fund management and cash flow optimization.
- Solid financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Ind AS, and stock exchange compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification
- MBA (Finance)
- Experience working with listed companies or organizations preparing for an IPO.
- Exposure to manufacturing, renewable energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries is preferred.
