Kwanta Communications is a creative agency working across brand, digital, and film. Search is changing quickly, and we are hiring the person who will own how our clients get found, whether that is on Google or inside AI answer engines.

The role

This is a combined role across three connected areas, and you will own all of them. You will run search optimisation for both traditional engines and AI-driven search, manage paid performance campaigns, and own the reporting that tells us and our clients what is actually working. You will be the senior voice on search and performance at Kwanta, setting the approach rather than executing someone else's. It suits someone analytical who is genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping discovery, and who wants to build that capability rather than follow an old playbook.

What you'll do

Search and GEO
- Own SEO strategy across client websites, covering technical, on-page, and content
- Build and run Generative Engine Optimisation, making sure clients surface in AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini




- Structure content, schema, and entity data so AI systems can read, cite, and recommend our clients accurately
- Track brand visibility and citations across AI platforms, and report on how that changes over time
- Run keyword, topic, and query research for both classic search and conversational prompts
- Conduct site audits and work with design and development on fixes

Performance marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, and LinkedIn where relevant
- Manage budgets, bidding, and audience targeting against explicit performance goals
- Run structured testing across creative, copy, and landing pages
- Work with the creative team to brief performance assets that are built to convert

Data and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards that show real performance, not vanity metrics
- Set up and maintain tracking, including GA4, Search Console, tag mana
