Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven
Marketing Executives
to drive student admissions and expand Lernzo's reach across Kerala. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, generating leads, counseling parents and students, and achieving sales targets.
Freshers with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, school visits, and community outreach.
- Counsel parents and students about Lernzo's educational programs.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and local communities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to confidently interact with parents and students.
- Familiarity with
Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
.
- Own
laptop/desktop, smartphone, and stable internet connection
.
- Prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
