Role & responsibilities

1. Land & Property Matters
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and properties.
- Scrutinize revenue records, Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, Mutation, Aks Shajra, and other land documents.
- Review and certify ownership documents and identify legal risks.
- Handle matters related to land acquisition, sale, purchase, lease, mortgage, and development agreements.
- Coordinate with revenue authorities, Tehsildars, SDM offices, and other government departments.

2. Contract Management
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and review:
- Sale Agreements
- Development Agreements
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
- Collaboration Agreements
- Lease Deeds
- License Agreements
- Construction Contracts
- Vendor and Service Agreements
- NDAs, MOUs, and Settlement Agreements
- Ensure legal compliance in all commercial contracts.

3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Manage civil, criminal, consumer, arbitration, labour, and commercial litigation.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Prepare case briefs, legal opinions,



and litigation strategies.
- Monitor court cases and ensure timely filing of replies, appeals, written statements, and evidence.
- Represent the company before courts and statutory authorities whenever required.

4. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws including:
- RERA
- Transfer of Property Act
- Registration Act
- Indian Contract Act
- Companies Act
- Stamp Act
- Specific Relief Act
- Arbitration & Conciliation Act
- Land Revenue Laws
- Municipal and Development Authority Regulations
- Keep management updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations.

5. Government Liaison
- Liaise with:
- DTCP
- HUDA/HSVP
- Municipal Corporations
- Revenue Department
- Sub-Registrar Offices
- Local Authorities
- Police Authorities (where required)
- Obtain legal approvals and facilitate statutory permissions.

6. Legal Advisory
- Provide legal opinions on business transactions and strate
