About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-first marketer who understands influencer culture, and community

building. This role will be responsible for scaling Uni Seoul's influencer ecosystem while building an





engaged digital community that strengthens brand love and drives meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and campaign

objectives.

● Identify, onboard, and manage creators across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity segments.

● Stay ahead of social media, creator, and K-culture trends to conceptualize fun, engaging, and

viral influencer campaigns.

● Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.

● Own influencer negotiations, contracts, gifting, campaign execution, and performance

tracking.

● Collaborate with the content & brand teams to deliver impactful influencer-led campaigns.

● Build and grow Uni Seoul's digital communities by partnering with relevant community pages,

niche interest groups, student communities, and Gen Z platforms.

● Drive community engagement through exclusive experiences, online activations, challenges,

broadcast channels
