Accountabilities
The Sr. Project Manager will oversee customer implementation initiatives,



ensuring projects are delivered successfully within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires strong coordination across technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer success and continuous improvement.
- Lead the onboarding and execution of new implementation projects, ensuring smooth delivery from initiation through completion.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between deployment teams and internal technical, engineering, and product teams.
- Monitor project progress through regular customer meetings, status reviews, and risk assessments.
- Own escalation management by coordinating resolution paths with engineering
