Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and people processes in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding documentation, and contribute to organizing HR programs and engagement initiatives. The role also involves assisting with HR data entry, preparing basic reports, updating HR systems,



and supporting compliance with company policies. This position is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Management and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and related HR processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar tools, and ability to work with HR spreadsheets and documentation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
