Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Terminal Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling trading terminals, executing client orders, and supporting day-to-day broking operations. The candidate must possess a valid NISM Certification and have sound knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity trades accurately on behalf of clients.
- Handle trading terminals efficiently and ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor live market movements and provide updates to clients when required.
- Verify and process client orders while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of trades and client communications.
- Resolve client queries related to trade execution and terminal operations.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and company compliance policies.




- Support relationship managers and sales teams in servicing clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and trading products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Terminal Operator, Dealer, or in a similar role within a stockbroking or financial services firm.
- Mandatory: Valid NISM Certification (e.g., NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives or other relevant certification as required by the role).
- Good understanding of equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets.
- Experience with trading terminals such as NSE NOW, ODIN, NEST, Omnesys, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEBI and Exchange regulations.
