In this vital role who will act in a capacity to capture business requirements, design, develop and test, then deliver Workday reporting solutions for HR, Managers, and Leaders.
You will work directly with clients to effectively research, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues by using Workday, Excel and various reporting tools to meet the needs of the business. The job holder will work within the HR Systems and Solutions team reporting to the HR Reporting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver on cyclical activities by using your reporting expertise (Performance Cycles, Annual Compensation Cycles, System Audits, etc.), advocating for continuous improvements and problem solving related to the processes
- Design and deliver Workday reports to stakeholders that request through the Amgen reporting case management platform
- Provide concise report retrieval instructions, mentorship, and advice to clients
- Create and maintain detailed configuration and standard operating procedures
- Balance concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional partners while managing expectations and impact on end users
- Deliver reports while taking advantage of Workday best practices to ensure consistent data definition and interpretation
- Stay current with the latest advancements and opportunities in the Workday Ecosystem
- Provide reporting and metrics design, configuration, and delivery

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate''s degree
OR
Masters degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience

Bachelors degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience

Associates degree and 10 years of Human Resources experience
