Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven IT Manager to lead end-to-end IT talent acquisition initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with business stakeholders, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring timely closure of technology hiring requirements across multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business workforce requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters while ensuring achievement of hiring targets and defined SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, role expectations, and market dynamics.
- Drive talent sourcing through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and talent mapping initiatives.




- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and niche technology skill sets.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
- Conduct market research, talent intelligence studies, and competitor hiring analysis to support hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive continuous process improvements, recruitment automation, and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Robust expertise in IT hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Product Engineering.
